Seeking a Recruiting Assistant for busy healthcare staffing firm.
Duties Include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Answer telephone, transfer phone calls, relay messages
- Data entry into Applicant Tracking System, keeping files and certifications up-to-date
- Process and maintain all medical staff credentialing
- Conducting reference checks
- Schedule and oversee certification classes as needed
- Source and screen resumes for open job requisitions
- Provide administrative tasks as assigned
- Attend job fairs/professional events as needed
Ideal candidates will be a self-starter who possess organizational skills, the ability to work independently and within a group setting, strong written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to maintain confidentiality and be dependable. Microsoft Office skills a plus.
