Recruiting Assistant

Seeking a Recruiting Assistant for busy healthcare staffing firm. 

Duties Include, but are not limited, to the following:

  • Answer telephone, transfer phone calls, relay messages
  • Data entry into Applicant Tracking System, keeping files and certifications up-to-date
  • Process and maintain all medical staff credentialing
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Schedule and oversee certification classes as needed
  • Source and screen resumes for open job requisitions
  • Provide administrative tasks as assigned
  • Attend job fairs/professional events as needed

Ideal candidates will be a self-starter who possess organizational skills, the ability to work independently and within a group setting, strong written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to maintain confidentiality and be dependable.  Microsoft Office skills a plus.
