We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide personalized, one-on-one healthcare support within a school setting. Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) - School 1:1
Urgently in need of a Full-Time and Substitute 1:1 Nurses to accompany students to and from school during the school week handling a multitude of emotional, behavioral and physical limitations, including Cerebral Palsy, non-verbal autism, wheelchair care, g-tube care, seizure disorders, all ADLs and other areas as required.
MUST have Pediatric experience
MUST have experience working with Gastostomy and nasogastric tube feeding
MUST have experience with monitoring oxygen levels
MUST have experience with seizure monitoring and management
MUST BE FAMILIAR with Exceptional Education Population with a minimum of (1) year working in a pediatric setting caring for ages (3-21 years)
Responsible for obtaining and recording patient daily log of interactions throughout each day.
Responsible for keeping comprehensive medical records of all patient interactions
MUST hold a valid, unencumbered Professional License for the State of Virginia
MUST undergo and pass FBI, Virginia State Police Criminal History, CPS Investigation, and 10-panel drug screen
