Challenge: TMC’s strategic plans included the development of a brand new facility in the Richmond, Va. Market. TMC had limited brand presence and business contacts in the Central Virginia region. Because TMC’s long term success depended in part on having very strong local executive leadership and the establishment of key personal relationships in the area, TMC needed strategic recruitment help.
